Booking and Payment
All bookings must be paid in advance to secure your transfer. We recommend making payment at least one day prior to your scheduled transfer date.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and your transfer details have been verified by our team.
For last-minute or same-day bookings, availability may depend on vehicle and driver availability.
One-Time Payment Policy
At Airport Transfers Fiji, we believe in simple and honest pricing.
Once you have paid for your confirmed transfer, you will not be charged any hidden fees later. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you pay.
There are no hidden waiting time charges for normal flight delays, and we monitor flight arrival times where flight details are provided.
Flight Changes and Emergencies
We understand that travel plans can change due to flight delays, cancellations, or emergencies.
If your flight is changed or cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your transfer based on the new flight time.
If we are unable to provide the service due to a flight change, cancellation, or genuine emergency, a full refund may be provided.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available for eligible cancellations, flight changes, or emergencies.
- Refund processing time: Usually 5 to 7 business days.
- Refund method: Refunds will normally be returned using the same payment method used for the booking.
- Emergency cases: Full refunds may be provided for genuine emergencies or flight-related changes where the transfer cannot be completed.
- Customer notice: Please inform us as early as possible if your plans change.
No Hidden Charges
Airport Transfers Fiji does not charge hidden fees after your booking is confirmed.
Your confirmed price includes the agreed transfer service from your pick-up location to your drop-off location.
Stops Along the Way
If you would like to make a short stop along the way, such as stopping at a local shop, supermarket, or convenience store, our driver will be happy to assist where possible. (Please let us know in advance so we can inform our driver and make the necessary arrangements for your journey. We can also provide recommendations on suitable stops if needed.)
Short stops are allowed as long as they are reasonable and do not cause major delays to the transfer schedule.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off
Customers must provide correct pick-up and drop-off details at the time of booking.
For airport arrivals, our team will monitor your flight where flight details are provided. For hotel pick-ups, please be ready at the confirmed pick-up time to avoid delays.
Please reconfirm your transfer with our Relationship Team at least one day prior to your scheduled pick-up. This helps us ensure everything is arranged smoothly and on time.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including:
- Name: The name used for the booking.
- Contact details: Phone number, WhatsApp, or email address.
- Flight details: Flight number and arrival or departure time.
- Hotel details: Accommodation name and pick-up or drop-off location.
- Passenger details: Number of passengers and luggage information.
Luggage
Customers must inform us if they are travelling with extra luggage, oversized bags, sports equipment, baby seats, or any special items. This helps us arrange the correct vehicle for your transfer.
Service Delays
We always do our best to provide on-time service. However, Airport Transfers Fiji is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as road closures, traffic, severe weather, accidents, flight changes, or emergency situations.
